Thai Basil Pork with Green Beans

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 tablespoon neutral cooking oil
- 1 pound ground pork
- 8 ounces green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 red chile, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 packed cup fresh Thai basil leaves
Steps
- Whisk the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and water in a small bowl.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook for 5 minutes, breaking it into small pieces, until browned.
- Add the green beans and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
- Add the garlic and chile and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in the sauce and toss for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and fold in the basil until just wilted.
- Divide the rice among four bowls and spoon the pork mixture over the top.
