  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 red chile, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1 packed cup fresh Thai basil leaves

Steps

  1. Whisk the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and water in a small bowl.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook for 5 minutes, breaking it into small pieces, until browned.
  3. Add the green beans and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
  4. Add the garlic and chile and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in the sauce and toss for 1 to 2 minutes.
