Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground caraway
- 1 cup cabbage, chopped
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Cook the onion, garlic, ground caraway, and cabbage until soft.
