  • 10 ounces beef sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup mint, chopped

Steps

  1. Simmer the brown rice in beef broth until the brown rice is tender.

  3. Cook the onion, garlic, ground sumac, and cherry tomatoes in the skillet until tender.
  4. Return the beef sirloin to the vegetables and finish with lemon juice.
  5. Spoon the beef and vegetables over the brown rice. Add the mint, salt, and black pepper, then serve hot.
